Ok, so what I am learning from this is two things...
1. I am a bordem eater
2. I really am addicted to many high sugar/processed foods
this has really been a eye opener for me. I know that I love certain foods (Cheezits are AWESOME) and that they kill me in the blood sugar department. It seems though that I am forever having to deny myself and feel bad to eat well. well that is what you need to do in order to make a change in your life. It was just no fun to learn this about myself.
So, today I started cataloging when I feel like eating, and how I feel. It is a weird thought process when you look at the times you eat verses if you need to eat. I will let you know how it goes.
So today I ate:
RAW:
2 Apples
2 Banannas
1 Peach
4 16oz botttles of water
Hearty Salad for dinner
NON RAW:
Chips (black pepper)
Chinese food
