From FLAB to FAB

MON, TUES, WED

Ok, well I am gonna combine all these days into this post....

This week has seen it's challenges, but I must say that I am around 70% for the RAW this week so far. I have made a choice to allow myself to eat one meal a day that is cooked, and slowly ween myself back from there. so here is how I did...

MONDAY:
1/2lb burger, fries, soda

TUESDAY:
Bowl of Chicken Noodle Soup
2 sticks of beef Jerky
1 small piece of Carrot Cake
Soda

WED:
2 sticks of beef jerky
1/2 Turkey Pita Sandwich
bowl of Fiesta Con Queso soup (vegetarian)

As you can see, I am struggling with lunch here at the office. I am being good with my breakfast and dinner and I am finding that snacks of fruit are so much better then anything else. I am also down to 1-2 sodas per day, and so that is a good improvement from the 12 pack this weekend. I am gonna stay on the same schedule for the next few days, and it will get easier and easier to rid myself of the cooked foods. I found a smoothie bar around the corner from the restaurant row we eat lunch at, so that will be a good alternative instead of cooked foods.
